Alan Keele helped assist Karl-Heinz Schnibbe when he wrote his book, The Price, published in 1984. The dust jacket for that book said of him:
Alan F. Keele received his B.A. from Brigham Young University and his Ph.D. from Princeton University, with his major course of study being German language and literature. He is a professor of Germanic languages at Brigham Young University and has authored books and articles on German literature.
He and his wife, the former Linda Kay Sellers, have six children.
